Refresh, replace or renovate?

Most projects fall into 1 of 3 levels. Knowing which one fits your home is the first thing we help you decide.

  1. Level 1

    Cosmetic refresh

The layout and cabinet boxes stay. New paint or doors, hardware, countertops, backsplash and lighting change how the room looks and feels.

Best forA room that works well but looks tired.

  2. Level 2

    Cabinetry replacement

New cabinetry, and usually new countertops, in a layout that stays largely as it is. Storage and quality improve without moving plumbing or walls.

Best forWorn or failing cabinets in a sensible layout.

  3. Level 3

    Full scale renovation

Layout, plumbing, electrical and walls can all change. Permits apply, and the work is planned and led by a Certified General Contractor.
